Two Arrests In Chillicothe Police Report
The Chillicothe Police report for Sunday included two arrests.
3:25 am, a traffic stop at Washington and Business 36 resulted in the arrest of Erin Goodwin-Bell for alleged driving while intoxicated. Goodwin-Bell was processed and released on a Municipal Citation.
5:10 am, Officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Keith Street in attempt to locate the resident for Brookfield Police Officers. The resident was not located.
7:15 am, Officers were dispatched to a report of residents being threatened in the 500 block of Elmdale Rd. The incident remains under investigation.
5:55 pm, Officers assisted Animal Control with an animal neglect incident.
8:10 pm, Officers assisted a stranded motorist in Simpson Park.
11:10 pm, Officers detected an odor that indicated a possible natural gas leak near E. Polk and Missouri Ave. Nothing was located.
11:30 pm, James Harris surrendered himself at the Police Department on a Probation/Parole Warrant. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
