Yuille Pleads Not Guilty In Death Of Danette Rardon
The man accused of killing Danette Rardon in a traffic crash that happened November 25th entered a plea of Not Guilty. Shawn Michael Yuille appeared in Livingston County
Court for arraignment on Monday on charges of alleged 2nd degree murder and 1st degree endangering the welfare of a child. The traffic crash happened when Yuille was alleged to have been huffing air duster near Washington and Ryan and a short time later the passenger noticed the truck start to veer right and accelerate. Yuille’s truck traveled north on Washington Street at near 80 miles an hour until that crash at Washington and Calhoun.
Judge Tom Chapman set the date for the pre-trial hearing for December 11th and the trial is set for April 16th to the 18th in Livingston County Circuit Court.
Yuille remains in custody at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail with bond set at $200,000.
