Joint Drug Investigation Leads To Arrests

A drug investigation that began in May lead to a couple arrests.  Livingston County Sheriff Steve Cox says in late May, the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and Chillicothe Police Department teamed up on a drug investigation in Chillicothe. During the investigation a search resulted in the seizure of suspected drugs, which was sent to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crime Lab.

This past Thursday, the Livingston County Associate Court issued arrest warrant for 57 year old Rebecca Alvina Kirkpatrick of Chillicothe for alleged 2 counts of felony possession of controlled substance – Methamphetamine and THC.

They also arrested 37 year old Joshua Ray Alexander of Chillicothe, for alleged felony possession of controlled substance – Methamphetamine.

Both Alexander and Kirkpatrick were held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail in lieu of bond.
