Cruise Night A Success
Cars and trucks of every year and style imaginable took part in one of the largest Chillicothe Car Show Cruise Nights in history. The highlight of the event was Butch Patrick, who played Eddie in the classic television show The Munsters, and the Munster Koach from the show.
One of the drivers in the cruise was Larry Moore, who made the trip from Kansas City in his 1932 Hupmobile, a car that ceased production in 1940.
Moore, who is a regular attendee at the weekend event, talks about his ride.
Today the car show will be at Simpson Park and one of the organizers, Jerry Lee Englert, says there will be plenty of activities throughout the day.
Awards will be presented at 3:00 pm.
KCHI News Director Tom Tingerthal was in charge of playing 50’s and 60’s music during the Cruise.
