Handling Stress & Anxiety Relief
Wouldn’t it be great if we could put on the brakes for stress and find some anxiety relief when things get crazy? The Livingston County Library is offering a stress relief program on August 7th at 6:00 pm in the 2nd floor courtroom. For those that are constantly on the go, you can learn and practice strategies to identify and navigate stressers in your life.
The program is presented by Cristina Clerico, who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. For the last 20 years she has been teaching workshops and coaching families in schools, jails, homeless shelters, and in the community. The main topics she facilitates in groups are: communication, stress/anxiety management, setting/reaching goals, meditation, and family relationships, and parenting children with ADHD and other challenges.
This program is offered free of charge and there is no registration required. Call 646-0547 for more information.
