Chillicothe Police Report For Monday & Tuesday

Chillicothe Police officers responded to numerous calls for service in the early part of the week.  Some of the calls include:

Monday
12:30 pm, Officers were dispatched to a report of a carless driver in the 1700 block of Hickory Drive.

12:50 pm Officers were dispatched to a report of a suspicious person in the 700 block of Elm Street.

1:00 pm, an officer was flagged down in the 500 block of St. Louis for a pocket knife found in the yard. The officer took the knife for safe keeping.

5:45 pm, Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1200 block of Washington Street.

8:15 pm, Officers were dispatched to a report of a dog barking continually and disturbing neighbors in the 900 block of Glenwood. The owner of the dog was issued a Municipal Citation.

9:00 pm, Officers took a report of property damage in the 1100 block of Grandview.

11:15 pm, Officers were dispatched to a report of suspicious activity in Danner Park.

Tuesday:
Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity or persons in the 800 block of Business 36 and in the 200 block of Locust Street.

9:00 am, Officers took a report of a theft in the 100 block of Elm St.

10:00 am, Officers responded to a report of possible child abuse in the 10 block of Jackson Street.

7:10 pm, Officers assisted EMS in the 1200 block of Green Street in reference to a possible drug overdose.

Wednesday morning:
3:35 am, Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 1400 block of Dorney Drive. The incident was verbal.
