Returning members from the 2017 Chillicothe Hornets Cross Country team will find a familiar feeling to the 2018 courses. This season’s schedule is the same as last season with one exception. Chillicothe returns to the Savannah Invitational after taking a one year break. Last season Chillicothe opted for a regular season meet hosted by last year’s district host school.
For this season, the team starts at the Maryville invitational on August 28th, followed by the Chillicothe Invitational, their only home meet of the season on September 4th.
Other regular season meets are at Benton, Lafayette and Savannah. In October they will be at Excelsior Springs, Kearney and the Conference meet. Districts this season are October 27th but the site has yet to be announced.
