Chillicothe Police Report For Labor Day

Chillicothe police responded to several calls for service Monday and they made one arrest.

6:22 am, Officers responded to a commercial business alarm in the 500 block of Washington Street. It was determined to be a false alarm.

8:08 am, Officers were dispatched to a residential burglary alarm in the 10 block of Third Street. The alarm was found to be malfunctioning.

9:08 am, Officers were dispatched to a report of illegal burning in the 300 block of Dickinson Street.  The fire was extinguished, and the property owner was given a warning for the illegal burning.

9:45 am, Officers were dispatched to a report of suspicious activity around a U-Haul trailer on a parking lot in the 1000 block of Graves Street. The vehicle and persons were gone upon officer’s arrival.

7:12 pm, a traffic stop at Washington and Ann Street resulted in the arrest of Kevin L. Case for alleged driving while revoked. Case was processed and released.

7:23 pm, a resident turned a Debit Card into the Police Department that was found at a local ATM. The card will be returned to the bank.

8:21 pm, Officers responded to the area of Woodward and Gale Street in reference to a woman walking in the area that had an arrest warrant. The woman was not located.
