The Chillicothe Boys Soccer team beat St Joseph Benton at home Monday evening by the score of 2-0. Chillicothe scored goals by Chace Corbin, and Mason Baxter off a Corbin assist. Chillicothe had six shots on goal to Benton’s four and had seven corner kicks to Benton’s none.
Chillicothe Goalkeeper Daniel Hedrick had four saves for the Hornets. The win was the third shut out victory of the year for Chillicothe.
The Chillicothe Junior Varsity lost 2-1 with Kaleb Mullikin scoring the only Chillicothe JV goal off a Carson Crawford assist.
The Chillicothe Varsity Boys Soccer team is 3-6 while the Chillicothe Junior Varsity is 1-1-1.
