The Chillicothe Police Department report one arrest and an injury accident for Wednesday.
7:50 am, Officers continued an investigation into harassment at a local business, where the business continues to get unwanted phone calls from the suspect.
8:25 am, Officers checked reported suspicious activity near a business located in the 1000 block of Graves Street.
9:55 am, Officers responded to a medical issue in the 10 block of Blackfoot Drive. The person was taken to the hospital and transported for further treatment of the medical issue.
3:00 pm, a two vehicle accident at Park Lane and Washington resulted in one person taken to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment. The investigation is incomplete at this time.
4:20 pm, Officers assisted Emergency Services on a call for a young child not breathing. The child was transported to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment.
10:20 pm, a domestic disturbance call in the 1400 block of Third St. resulted in the arrest of Shawn Howell for alleged domestic assault. Howell was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
