Three Arrests In Livingston Co. Sheriff’s Report

The report from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department includes a few arrests and several investigations.

September 28, Deputies recovered a stolen vehicle from Chillicothe. The vehicle was found in the 22000 block of Liv 443 near Dawn.

October 02, deputies began an investigation of Driving While Revoked after an officer witnessed a person driving but was delayed in receiving information on the status of the person. A report will be submitted to the prosecuting attorney for consideration due to the lengthy driving record.

October 03, deputies began an investigation of alleged child abuse. The report will be sent to the prosecuting attorney.

October 03, the LCSO began an investigation of a Registered Sex Offender allegedly not compliant with reports a new address. Sheriff Cox says the investigation is complete and they are seeking an arrest warrant.

October 04, the LCSO has completed an investigation of alleged Theft, Credit Card Fraud and Forgery where a suspect has been identified. The suspect refused to call or speak with the investigating officer and the report is being submitted to the prosecuting attorney for consideration of multiple charges. Additional charges may be filed in another jurisdiction.

Arrests:
September 26, Deputies arrested 60 year old Irvin John Rill on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Property Damage and 2 counts each of Burglary.

September 28, deputies served a Grundy County warrant on 36 year old Christopher Robert Brannam of Mooresville for alleged Violation of a Court Order.

October 03, Deputies arrested 52 year old James Doosing of Chillicothe on a Sullivan County warrant for alleged 3 counts of Non-Support.  Doosing posted the $700 cash bond and was released with a Sullivan County Court date.
