A Marceline woman suffered minor injuries in a single vehicle accident in Johnson County Thursday afternoon. Sixty-four year old Leota Davolt was taken to Golden Valley Hospital following the accident that happened at about 2:10 pm on Missouri Highway 2. According to the report, Davolt ran off the road, struck a driveway and her vehicle went airborne which then continued through the ditch before stopping. Davolt was wearing a safety belt.
State Troopers also reported an arrest in Livingston County Thursday. Twenty-two year old Tristan Vencill of Trenton was arrested at 4:10 pm on a Daviess County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a probation violation. Vencill was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
