Fire Damages Home On Elm Street In Chillicothe

The Chillicothe Fire Department responded to a house fire Thursday morning.  The call came in at about 7:56 and the fire crew arrived at 436 Elm Street in about 4 minutes to find the flames were out and there was still some smoldering of a window frame.  Flames had reignited, and the fire department put out the fire and made sure there were no additional hot spots.

The report says the fire started on the window sill, but the cause of the fire was not determined.  The fire crew was on the scene for about 30 minutes.
