The Chillicothe Street Department closed a portion of Dickinson Street this morning to remove a tree. Dickinson will be closed between Jackson and Webster Streets to remove the tree that is dead and is losing branches. They are working with the CMU Electric Department on the removal. The street is closed until at least 2:00 pm.
