The Chillicothe Planning and Zoning commission will meet February 4th at 5:30 pm at Chillicothe City Hall. There are three items on the agenda/
The commission will consider the request to subdivide a plot of just over three acres into six parcels for a planned unit development. The property is located at the end of McCormick Street extending south, to just north of the sale barn property.
In addition, the Planning and Zoning Commission will review and amend (if necessary) the Zoning for Tiny Homes.
And they will review online businesses in the zoning ordinance.
The Chillicothe Planning and Zoning commission meeting is open to the public.
