The Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet included the honoring of two men that left us much too young. Chamber Director Crystal Narr says it is not often the Lifetime Achievement Awards are presented posthumously.
Both had family on hand to receive the awards.
Narr talked about other awards presented Thursday night.
Narr says The Lip Sync Battle was won by a one of the large groups this year.
The six teams that participated in the Lip Sync Battle raised over $3,300 to support their selected charities and the Chamber of Commerce.
