The Camdenton Lakers used three point shooting to beat Chillicothe 58 to 53 at Camdenton. It was Chillicothe’s second game in an 18 hour period with both games on the road.
Camdenton hit 10 of 17 treys in the game, compared to 5 of 12 for Chillicothe. Chillicothe took the lead on a 12-0 run in the early second quarter but cold not hold on to the advantage.
Westley Brandsgaard led Chillicothe with 20 points, CJ Pfaff with 13 and Bradley Riley with 10. Hunter Swift and Mason Baxter each had five points. Receiving playing time but not scoring were Matt Anthony and William Perry.
Chillicothe’s boys team is off until Friday when they play at Savannah.
