The Chillicothe City Council heard the first of several annual reports as they are in the budget process for the 2019/20 fiscal year. City Administrator Darin Chappell says the reports are informative.
The reports to the council include requests for funding, Chappell says all of the requests are evaluated and considered.
There are several more reports to be presented to the council in the meetings in February and March.
