The Chillicothe Street Department is shutting down a portion of Hickory Street today and through the weekend. Hickory Street will be closed from First Street to the R/R tracks for concrete placement. M&M Utilities will be digging out the rock spot across the street where tubes have been placed under street and put in concrete back in its place. The road will be shut down till Monday.
