Senior Post Player Kennedie Kieffer popped in 17 points in a Chillicothe Lady Hornets 47-31 win at Cameron. Kieffer hit 7 of 9 from the floor and hit all three free throws on the night.
Coach Darren Smith said a lot of players provided important contributions to this win.
Other than a 2-all tie, Chillicothe led all of the conference contest. Other players scoring were Jordan Hibner, Magy Thomas and Laney Gaston each with six points. Catey Trout had four points. Hunter Keithley and Essie Hicks each had three on the night. Maggie Pfaff rounded out the scoring with two points.
Playing but not scoring were Lucy Reeter, Selby Miller, Brooke Horton, Maya Snyder and Kiley Kirkpatrick.
The Junior Varsity Lady Hornets held Cameron scoreless the entire second half in a 30-18 JV win. Montana Hall has 11 points, Brooke Horton with seven, Haley Kidd with four points and Essie Hicks, Kiley Kirkpatrick, Quincey Jessen and Lucy Reeter each had two points.
