The Chillicothe Police Department was busy Friday with 93 calls for service, including several well being checks.
9:50 am, Officers were dispatched to a report of a neighbor being loud and disturbing the peace in the 1400 block of Dorney Drive. The issue was resolved.
11:35 am, Officers were dispatched to a report of stealing from a business in the 1000 block of Graves St. The incident remains under investigation.
4:00 pm, Officers were dispatched to a report of property damage in the 500 block of Webster Street.
4:40 pm, Officers arrested Dale Marvin Barker in the 300 block of Business 36 on a Livingston County Warrant for alleged assault, promoting a sexual performance by a child and domestic assault. Barker was held at the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail after being unable to post the $150,000.00 cash bond.
4:50 pm, Officers were called to the 2600 block of North Washington Street for a Wallet stolen from a parked vehicle.
9:20 pm, Officers responded to a report of a suspicious man loitering at a business in the 1200 block of Washington Street. The man was asked to leave, but remained in the parking lot. He was escorted off the property.
