In the hour or so before and after school – and really any time, if you see a school bus, be prepared for that bus to make stops to pick up or drop off children. Chillicothe Assistant Superintendent Dr Zack McMains says when the flashing lights are on and the stop are is extended, STOP.
McMains says student transportation affects everyone in the community in some way and using caution around school buses can save lives.
