A Chillicothe man charged with alleged promoting a sexual performance by a child, assault and domestic assault was released on $75,000 bond following his arraignment this week. The Chillicothe Police arrested 42 year old Dale Marvin Barker of Chillicothe, when a warrant was issued after multiple victims were interviewed by authorities at the Children’s Advocacy Center.
According the court documents, Barker allegedly prompted two male children to perform sex acts, shocked multiple children with a taser and struck one of them in the face with a phone, causing a black eye, and allegedly forced several of the male victims to expose themselves in front of him.
