Zoning issues and a final plat request are on the agenda when the Chillicothe Planning and Zoning Commission meets Monday at 5:30 pm. The meeting will take place at Chillicothe City Hall.
The Final Plat request is for the replat of the property at the end of McCormick Street, behind the Chillicothe Senior Center. At the last meeting, the request was sent back for a few changes.
The zoning issues include:
Begin setting standards in the Zoning ordinances for Tiny Homes
And begin the changes required to address online businesses in the Zoning ordinances.
The meeting is open to the public.
