Silver Moon Plaza was recognized today (Wednesday) as one of three of Missouri’s Great Public Spaces. The honors were presented at the state Capitol and included representative from the City of Chillicothe, Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Chillicothe and State Representative Rusty Black. The honors included a plaque and proclamations from Missouri’s House of Representatives and Senate.
