Sliced Bread Legislation Headed To Senate

Legislation to Proclaim July 7th as Sliced Bread Day in the State of Missouri is now in the hands of the Missouri Senate.  Monday night, the House or Representatives passed the legislation with only 9 dissenting votes.  Representative Rusty Black Talked about the Legislation he sponsored.

Black says Hoskins is encouraged about the chances for passage.

In 2018, the bill had made it to the senate, but on the last day, a filibuster about this and similar bills killed the any further legislation for the session.
