Troopers Arrest Five In Area Counties Over The Weekend

State Troopers report numerous arrests over the weekend.

Sunday in Daviess County, Troopers arrested a 47 year old Texas man, George Guerrero for alleged DWI, speeding (89 in a 70 zone) and possession of alcohol in a commercial vehicle.  He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24 hour hold.

Troopers in Livingston County arrested two Detroit Michigan residents Saturday at about 3:30 pm.  41 year old Derek Linebarger and 41 year old Tynisha Wright were arrested for alleged possession of marijuana and delivery of marijuana.  Wright was also arrested for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia.  They were both taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

In Daviess County at about 10:40 am Saturday, Troopers arrested 25 year old Justin Rainey of Gallatin for alleged possession of a controlled substance, DWI with drugs, leaving the scene of an accident, careless and imprudent driving and no insurance.  He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

At about 2:25 am Saturday, Troopers in Daviess County arrested 20 year old Caleb Michael of Gallatin for alleged DWI and Trespassing.  He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
