The Missouri Department of Transportation has several roadwork projects planned in the area counties for the week of April 1st to the 5th. That work includes:
Caldwell County
Route 13 – Bridge maintenance at the Shoal Creek Bridge, all week.
Carroll County
US 65 – Bridge maintenance at the Wakenda Creek Bridge, all week
US 65 – Bridge maintenance at the Missouri River Overflow Bridge, all week
Chariton County
US 24 – Bridge maintenance at the Long Creek Bridge and Chariton River Bridge near Keytesville. The bridges will be narrowed to one lane with a 15-foot width restriction through May 31.
Route D – CLOSED for a culvert replacement from Tonka Lane to Route DD, Monday and Tuesday from 8 am to 3 pm.
Route D – CLOSED for a culvert replacement from Route DD to County Side Avenue, Wednesday from 8 am to 3 pm.
Route J – CLOSED for a culvert replacement from US 24 to Jordan Road, Thursday, 8 am to 3 pm.
Daviess County
Route 6 – Bridge maintenance at the Grand River Bridge, Monday to Thursday
Route Z – Bridge inspection at the Grand River Bridge, all week
Grundy County
Route C – Bridge inspection at the Weldon Fork Creek, all week
Linn County
US 36 – Pavement repair from the Mussel Fork Bridge (Macon County) to Route 129, Monday to Thursday
US 36 – Pothole patching from the Macon County line to Route 139, all week
Sullivan County
Route 139 – Newtown Branch Bridge CLOSED until mid-April for bridge replacement.
Route PP – CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE at the East Medicine Creek Bridge.
Route D – Drainage work from Maryland Road north 2.5 miles north of Maryland Road, all week
