Chillicothe High School Band students earn District Honors at the Northwest District Solo and Small Ensembles Festival held at St. Joseph Central this past weekend. CHS Band Director Sarah Cavanaugh says they sent 27 students to perform for the judges.
Cavanaugh says nine students will move onto the state competition later this month.
The State Band Competition takes place April 27th on the University of Missouri-Columbia campus.
