An accident on US 65, north of the Tina Junction left one of the drivers injured Monday morning. The accident happened about 10:40 am as 50-year-old Brent Heussner of Tina was westbound on a John Deer Tractor and failed to yield to traffic on US 65. He was struck by a southbound vehicle driven by 70-year-old Candace Bartlett of Carrollton. Bartlett was not injured in the accident. Heussner was taken to Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton for treatment of minor injuries.
