The Chillicothe Area Arts Council’s “Spring Cultural Luncheon & Concert” is May 2nd from Noon to 1:00 p.m. at the beautiful Silver Moon Plaza. The concert features the Chillicothe High School Jazz Band and Central School Hornet Stinger Choir.
