The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office has two that were recently booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
Thursday afternoon, 22-year-old Jason David Close of Chillicothe was arrested for alleged failure to register as a sex offender. Bond is set at $5,000.
Friday morning, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Bailey Kristen Souders of Chillicothe for alleged failure to appear on two charges of stealing, and alleged failure to appear on a misdemeanor. He bond is set at $1,200.
