An accident in Daviess County early this morning left the driver with serious injuries. At about 12:30 am, troopers responded to the accident on I-35, near Winston. Twenty-four-year-old Devin Hall of Altamont had run off the east side of the road and hit an embankment. The vehicle overturned, coming to rest in the passing lane. Hall was not wearing a safety belt and was taken to Liberty Hospital for treatment.
Hall was also arrested for alleged DWI – aggravated offender, failure to comply with an ignition lock, no license, no insurance, no seatbelt, and failure to drive in a single lane. He was released for treatment.
