An accident Tuesday evening on Route V, east of Chillicothe, left two with minor injuries. State Troopers report the accident happened about 6:40 pm, as 58-year-old Mona Cunningham of Chillicothe, was westbound on Route V and 18-year-old Jazemen Campbell of Chillicothe was northbound on LIV 251. According to the report, Campbell failed to yield while making a left turn onto Route V and was struck on the passenger side. Both drivers were taken to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. They were both wearing safety belts.
