Chillicothe Police Report Includes One Arrest

The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 96 calls for service Wednesday and made one arrest.

8:05 am, Officers assisted Chillicothe Municipal Utilities with a power line that was down across East and Westbound Highway 36.

Chillicothe Officers attempted to serve papers at several locations in the community Wednesday.

10:15 am, Officers responded to a report of careless and imprudent driver that was southbound on US-65.  Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

11:23 am, Officers attempted to serve a warrant in the 300 block of Clay Street.  The person was not at the address

11:35 am, Officers arrested an individual a warrant in the 400 block of Walnut Street.  The person was taken to the Police Department, processed and posted bond.

12:20 pm, Loud music was reported in the 1400 block of McVey Street.  Residents were advised to keep the noise down or be issued a citation.

1:25 pm, Report of an individual with possible mental issues at an address on West business 36. The person was contacted and transported to a facility in St. Joseph for medical assistance.

5:00 pm, Officers responded to a report of a disturbance between neighbors in the 200 block of Second Street.  Situation handled by Officers.

6:40 pm, Damage to a fence in the 1000 block of Graves Street was investigated.

7:35 pm, Officers assisted Chillicothe Emergency Services on a medical call in the 500 block of West Mohawk.

10:10 pm, Report of someone throwing items at home in the 1400 block of Clay Street.
