Chillicothe Police Report For Friday

The Chillicothe Police Report includes several investigations on Friday.

4:10 am, Officers helped a resident in the 400 block of Third Street who had an Opossum in their home.  The animal was removed.

10:22 am, Subject given a courtesy ride from 1000 block of Polk St. to home in 800 block of Walnut Street.

10:25 am, Checked on someone possibly trespassing in the 1000 block of Olive Street.

12:30 pm, Spoke to a resident about a possible scam from out-of-state.

12:35 pm, Officers took a report of a juvenile assault that happened May 11th in the 400 block of Elm Street. The investigation continues.

4:30 pm, Officer spoke with a business in the 800 block of West Business 36 about possible theft.

6:55 pm, Officers took an unlicensed dog from the 1100 block of Elm Street to the animal shelter.

7:15 pm, Officers took a report of trailer plates stolen in the 1600 block of Rosewood Lane. The victim thinks the theft occurred in another jurisdiction.

8:40 pm, Officers checked suspicious activity in the alley of 700 block of Washington Street.  Determined to be kids from a recreational business on Webster Street.

9:30 pm, officers responded to a report of a careless and imprudent driver headed North on Washington Street.  Officers made contact with the driver at a business in the 2600 block of Washington.

11:55 pm, Officers stopped a vehicle at the request of Hedrick Medical Center.  The stop was about treatment they had received.  The person was requested to return to the hospital.
