Weather permitting, the Chillicothe Girls Soccer team will try to win their first ever state sectional game today when they host Maryville in the opening round game of the State Soccer Tournament.
Chillicothe won just their second ever district girls soccer championship earlier this week when they beat Kirksville 2-0.
Today they face Maryville. The Lady Hornets beat the Lady Spoofhounds just over a week ago 1-0 at Maryville’s Senior Night,

Due to the weather forecast the game will begin at noon Saturday (Today) at Jerry Litton Memorial Stadium.
The Chillicothe team at 17-4 has already set school records for wins in a season and shut outs in a season.
