Two deputies at the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department received commendations for their work at the Ryan Lane Bridge accident. Sheriff Steve Cox says
Captain Aaron Minnick of the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services sent the letters of commendation for Chief Deputy Michael Claypole and Deputy Nicholas Leadbetter for their “Above and Beyond” assistance.
Captain Minnick said they greatly appreciated the much-needed assistance from both officers in a very time critical and unusual situation. Both men received a copy of the commendation and it was also placed in the employee file.
