Flooding Continues On MOST Of The Grand River

Major and Moderate flooding continues on much of the Grand River.

At Chillicothe, major flooding continues, with a reading this morning at 36.9 feet.  The river will slowly fall back below flood stage of 24 feet Monday.

At Pattonsburg, the river has fallen below flood stage of 25 feet.

At Gallatin, the river continues to drop.  Moderate flooding was occurring this morning, with the river expected to drop below flood stage of 26 feet late tonight.

At Sumner, the river is slowly dropping from a crest  Thursday of 41.48 feet.  Early Saturday, the river was at 40 feet and flooding will continue well into next week.  Flood Stage is 26 feet.

At Brunswick, moderate flooding continues.  A crest of 33 feet is expected over the weekend, but the flooding will continue at Brunswick through much of next week.  Flood Stage at Brunswick is 19 feet.
