MoDOT Area Road Work Next Week

Roadwork in the KCHI listening area continues, despite the July 4th holiday.
Missouri Department of Transportation officials say work this week will stop at noon July 3rd and resume Friday July 5th due to the Independence Holiday.
Livingston County: Route C remains closed for bridge maintenance at the Shoal Creek Drain Bridge through mid-July. The bridge was closed after flooding damage.
Carroll County: Route C remains closed until further notice at the Branch of Turkey Creek Bridge due to damage from flooding
Chariton County: Route 5 will have a resurfacing project from Marceline to Keytesville. Route 129 will have a resurfacing project from Route W to Route PP near Salisbury. Both projects include a 10-foot width restriction
Daviess County: I-35 and Route 6 will have Bridge Maintenance at Grand River Bridge and the Overflow Bridge. This includes a 12-foot width restriction. Route KK closed for bridge rehabilitation at the I-35 Overpass.
Grundy County: Route O will have pothole patching
Linn County: Pothole patching on Route U and Route V
Sullivan County: Route 139 will have intersection and sidewalk improvements through Newtown beginning on the south end of town. Bridges remain closed on Route ZZ, EE, PP and Route 6
