Chillicothe Police Weekend Report

On the Chillicothe Police Department weekend report were several arrests and investigations.
Officers investigated possible illegal drug activity in the 800 block of Walnut. It remains under investigation.
Officers responded to a report of a dog in a vehicle in the 1000 block of Washington. Officers discovered the dog had been there a short time and issued the owner a warning for animal neglect.
Officers responded to a report of bottle rockets being shot in the 1200 block of Webster.
Officers removed a snapping turtle from Vine and Clay street intersection.
An investigation on a report of a juvenile being left at home unattended remains under investigation.
Officers observed a possible disturbance between two males at Clay and Locust street. The males were intoxicated and loud. They were advised to leave the area.
Officers responded to a domestic assault report in the 400 block of Clay. One person was arrested for alleged domestic assault. She was processed and released at the Police station on an Associate Citation.
Officers responded to a report of a juvenile male being assaulted near Dickinson and Cooper. The juvenile walked home to the 400 block of Polk and reported it to a parent, who called police. The investigation continues.
Officers completed an investigation of harassment and arrested a male in the 200 block of Brunswick for Harassment. The subject was also in possession of drug paraphernalia and issued associate citations at the Police Department.
