The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department made several recent arrests.
42 year old Rebecca Sue Shutterly was arrested on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on the original charge of Distribution of a Controlled Substance. She was transferred to the Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond.
39 year old Steven Edward Brand was arrested in Wheeling for alleged Class A misdemeanor of stealing. He was processed and released on bond.
26 year old Dallas Austin Arnold of Wheeling was arrested for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order on the original class C felony Delivery of Controlled Substance. He was transferred to the Daviess Dekalb County Regional Jail in lieu of bond
