Two arrests are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Friday at about 10:35 pm, Troopers in Livingston County arrested 21-year-old Zachery Fay of Sumner on a Chariton County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged fraud. He was also arrested for alleged speeding. Fay was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
At about 12:45 am Saturday in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 31-year-old Cody Smith of Eagleville for alleged DWI and speeding. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
