The Chillicothe R-II School District is the recipient of the Missouri Highway Patrols Total Fleet Excellence Award. Bus Barn Director Terry Mammen told the School Board Tuesday that they received the award. Mammen says this is not an easy achievement.
He says this is only the 2nd time the district has received the award in the 22 years he has been with the district.
