Chillicothe’s hopes of having a Medical Marijuana grow and manufacturing facility were dashed when the company failed to apply for a license. City Administrator Darin Chappell gave the council the news Monday evening.
Chappell says they are still hopeful for a testing lab and dispensaries.
Chappell says he is confident the City will have at least one dispensary and is hopeful for the testing facility.
