The Central School Building has been sold to a local contractor who plans to convert it to apartments. The Chillicothe R-II School Board took the action at the beginning of their meeting Tuesday. Superintendent Dan Wiebers says the bid was awarded to Nathan Zabka (Zabka Properties), a local contractor.
Wiebers says they will work with Mr Zabka to determine how many units must be available in the three year period.
