1:50 am, A commercial business alarm in the 500 block of Park Lane was checked. The building was secure, False alarm.
11:03 am, There was a parking complaint in the 400 block of N. Washington. subject moving vehicle.
1:43 pm, Officers were out in the 1000 block of Gilbert Road in for a possible stolen vehicle.
2:00 pm, Officers checked a parking complaint in the alley behind City Hall.
3:21 pm, Someone came to the Police Department to report theft by failure to return rental property. The person was identified and the investigation is continuing.
3:39 pm, Officer performed a motorist assist at Third and Washington Streets.
4:11 pm, Suspicious acting individuals were reported in the area of Third and Washington Street. The officers determined they had been soliciting. They moved on.
4:46 pm, Someone came to the Chillicothe Police Department to turn themselves in on a warrant. A 26-year-old Carrollton resident was arrested on a Livingston County warrant and processed.
5:27 pm, A two-vehicle non-injury accident was reported at Calhoun and Elm Street. Information obtained for report.
6:15 pm, A suspicious acting person was reported in the 1500 block of Calhoun Street. Officers unable to locate anyone in the area matching description that was given.
