Chillicothe Police Report For Friday

Chillicothe Police handled 112 calls for service Friday, took care of traffic control for the Homecoming Parade, participated in the parade and were out during the storms Friday night.  Some of the calls from Friday include:

12:37 am, Report of someone in the area of Gravesville Park making a lot of noise.

5:49 am, Officers responded to a residence in the 1500 block of Hickory Drive on a call from someone wanting to harm themself.  That person was transported to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment and evaluation.

10:35 am, Officers assisted Emergency Services on a medical call at Chillicothe Elementary School.

12:12 pm, Officer performed a well-being check in the 2600 block of N. Washington Street.  The phone was out of order.

1:11 pm, Officer retrieved property found at a location in the 400 block of Locust Street.  It was brought to the PD.

1:15 pm, Officers located a reported missing juvenile in the 1000 block of Graves Street.  Juvenile authorities were contacted to respond and take custody of the child.

3:06 pm, Officers took a report of a child missing from parade route.  The child was located and returned to the parent.

5:02 pm, Officer spoke with someone about a stolen motorcycle.  They found the bike had been stolen in another jurisdiction and needs to be reported there.

6:27 pm, Report of Fire Lane violation in the 1000 block of Graves Street.  They were advised to move.

7:15 pm, Someone came to the police department to turn themselves in on a warrant.  They were processed, posted bond and released.
