A Chillicothe man died in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 13 in Ray County. Sixty-three-year-old Jerry Kissick of Chillicothe died at the Ray County Memorial Hospital following the accident at about 2:00 pm Monday. According to the Highway Patrol, Kissick was northbound, riding a motorcycle and a southbound vehicle, driven by 32-year-old Theodore Bromann of Overland Park Kansas attempted to make a pass. Broman overcorrected, went off the right side fo the road and then returned to the road and was struck from behind by Kissik’s bike. Kissick was wearing a helmet.
