State Troopers report one accident and one arrest in the area counties Thursday morning.
At 8:00 am in Caldwell County, Troopers responded to an accident on Missouri 116, west of Polo. According to the report, the two-vehicle accident happened when 23-year-old Karly Johnson of Braymer was westbound and ran into a vehicle stopped in a construction zone, driven by 21-year-old Montana Heil of Polo. Johnson’s vehicle ran off the road. Both drivers had minor injuries and were both treated at Liberty Hospital. Both vehicles were totaled.
In Sullivan County at about 6:00 am, Troopers arrested 36-year-old Marius Tresor Londeke of Kirksville of a Sullivan County warrant for alleged speeding. He was taken to the Sullivan County Jail pending the posting of bond.
